The DecisionGrade™ platform

Built for regulated enterprises that answer to boards and regulators. The dependencies that bear on a decision are confirmed by the people who own them, each confirmation carries a name and a date, and the confirmed picture is kept for the next decision.

A decision-enablement platform for regulated enterprises, from Viner Advisory Ltd.

Dependency analysis and visualisation

The part of your estate one decision touches

DecisionGrade analyses the part of your estate that the decision in front of you actually touches, not the whole organisation. The analysis is scoped to the question, so the effort goes where the decision is load-bearing.

What you see is the picture the decision needs: for example, the programmes, technology, obligations and teams it bears on, and how they depend on each other. Every dependency shows its standing: confirmed by its owner, resting on a stated assumption, or still to be validated. Dependencies that appear on no plan, register or architecture diagram are shown alongside the documented ones, and each is validated to the same standard.

Human-in-the-loop oversight

Your experts, only where their judgement changes the answer

The people who own a system, a process or an obligation are the only ones who can say whether a dependency on it is real. DecisionGrade puts each question in front of the person who owns the answer, and confirming it takes minutes.

Nobody is pulled off delivery to answer a question that was never theirs. The judgement stays with the people accountable for it, and it is recorded as theirs.

Audit trail capture and management

A record of who stood behind what, and when

Every finding carries its evidence, the assumptions it rests on, the name of the person who confirmed it and the date they did so. Leaders can see what is confirmed and what still needs checking before the decision is made, not after.

Months later, when the decision is questioned by a board, an auditor or a regulator, someone who was not in the room can see how the answer was reached and who stood behind each part of it.

Works from what you already have

DecisionGrade works from whatever observation tooling, repositories and systems of record you already run, and gets better as that information flows better. It does not ask you to replace them or to stand up another estate-wide system alongside them.

The confirmed picture is kept for the next decision. The second question starts from what has already been confirmed, by whom and when. The confirmed picture belongs to you and stays with you.

Demonstrations are built around your own decision

Demonstrations of DecisionGrade are built around your own decision question, so we start with a conversation.
