Browsing this site
You can read this site without giving us any personal information. It has no accounts, no forms and no advertising.
Hosting
The site is served by our hosting provider. Like any web host, it briefly processes technical information that your browser sends, such as your IP address, in order to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not use that information to identify visitors.
Analytics
We use cookieless analytics technology to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used: which pages are read, how far down the home page visitors scroll, and how often the booking button and the LinkedIn link are used.
Our analytics provider sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and collects no personal data. It does not build visitor profiles and does not follow you across other websites. We see totals only and cannot identify any individual visitor from them.
Booking a conversation
The “Book a conversation” button opens a booking page run by Cal.com in a new tab. The details you enter there (such as your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us about your question) are handled by Cal.com under its own privacy notice and passed to us so that we can hold the conversation. We use them only to arrange and prepare for that conversation and to follow up on it.
If you email us, we keep your message and contact details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it. Our email is hosted by our email provider.
Lawful basis and retention
We rely on legitimate interests to run and improve this site and to respond to business enquiries. We keep booking and email correspondence only for as long as it is needed for that purpose, and delete it when it no longer is.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. It is handled only by us and by the service providers described in this notice: our hosting provider, our analytics provider, our email provider and Cal.com for bookings. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to or restrict how we use it. Write to enquiries@decisiongrade.ai. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
